LAHORE (Dunya News) – A resolution expressing solidarity with the people of Kashmir was submitted in Punjab Assembly on Tuesday.
The resolution was submitted by Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) member Waqas Hassan.
It has been stated in the resolution that the house condemns the atrocities of Indian army in occupied Kashmir.
The resolution says that the people of Kashmir are constantly giving sacrifices to uphold their right to self-determination therefore they should get their rights.
It further state that people of Kashmir should be given their self-determination rights according to the resolutions of United Nations (UN).
The resolution vowed that Pakistan will continue to assist the Kashmiris morally and diplomatically.
