Prime Minister meets Mian Amer, offers condolence on his father's death
PM Nawaz visited Mian Amer's residence alongwith her wife Kulsoom Nawaz and offered Fateha.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif visited the residence of former District Nazim Lahore Mian Amer Mahmood to condole the death of his father Mian Zahoor Ul Haq.
The Prime Minister offered Fateha for the departed soul and expressed sympathies with Mian Amir Mehmood.
Earlier, Army Chief Raheel Sharif, President Mamnoon Hussain and the chief ministers of all four provinces offered condolences to the bereaved family.
Punjab Governor Rafiq Rajwana, Opposition Leader in the National Assembly (NA) Khursheed Shah, Azad Kashmir PM Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, leaders of different political parties including Imran Khan, Sirajul Haq, Liaquat Baloch, Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan and Fazlur Rehman also offered condolences.

Also, National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique, leading industrialist Chaudary Munir, Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Latif Khosa, former Foreign Minister Khursheed Qasuri, Awami Muslim League’s chief Sheikh Rasheed, former Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Zaka Ashraf, former Federal Minister Firdous Ashiq Awan, Head of Political Affairs Dunya Media group Salman Ghani, Sohail Ahmed Azizi, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shafqat Mehmood visited Mian Amer in Model Town expressing grief over the sad news.
Before visiting Mian Amer Mehmood, PM Nawaz went to the residence of former MPA Mohsin Latif to express commiseration on the demise of his father, Mian Abdul Latif.
Mian Abdul Latif was the brother of Begum Kalsom Nawaz.
