Turkish President Teyyep Erdogan phoned PM Nawaz Sharif to condemn the Charsadda tragedy
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Turkish President Teyyep Erdogan on Wednesday phoned Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and condemned the Charsadda tragedy, reported Dunya News.
According to PM House Spokesperson, Teyyep Erdogan phoned the prime minister and reiterated the determination to continue the war against the common enemy.
PM Nawaz said on this occasion that joint efforts will be required to eliminate terrorism.
Turkish President appreciated Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s efforts for bridging the gap between Saudi Arabia and Iran. He said that the resolution of the Saudi-Iran conflict is in the interest of Muslim community. He said that Turkey stands with Pakistan in its efforts to tone down the tensions between Iran and Saudi Arabia.
