Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has submitted a privilege motion in the National Assembly against the statement issued by MQM leader Altaf Hussain. PML-Ns 87 lawmakers signed the motion before submission. The motion states that the statement issued by Altaf Hussain is against the spirit of democracy and the sanctity of the parliament. The motion will be forwarded to the national assemblys standing committee on privilege. Altaf Hussain during a telephonic address from London had demanded the Pakistan Army generals to take action against corrupt politicians.
