FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – An aged security guard was violently beaten by Deputy Director Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) for telling to park in the parking lot, Dunya News reported.
Captivated by the taste of double power, the Deputy Director FDA Khalid Hameed exhibited utter disregard for the law and violently beat up an aged security guard for merely doing his job. Hameed was suspended after Dunya News reported the incident.
According to details, Khalid Hameed is also a Returning Officer. Upon stopping and being asked to park in the parking lot, he became violent and beat the elderly guard up.
Exhibiting extremely questionable behaviour, Hameed also used abusive language. The victim said he was attacked because he is poor.
The municipal staff staged protest and locked offices, saying that the strike will continue until indefinite period.
Hameed was suspended after Dunya News became victim’s voice and reported the incident. The elderly security guard thanked Dunya News.
The inquiry report of the incident will be presented to the Director General (DG) FDA in next three days.
