Summary Senator says PM paid Rs. 477 as tax in 3 years but making big bucks in national projects now
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Senator Aitzaz Ahsan has on Friday said that those who had paid Rs. 477 as tax only in 3 years are making billions from national projects such as Nandipur power project, solar power plants and metro buses, reported Dunya News.
PPP leaders including Aitzaz Ahsan, Sherry Rehman, Taj Haider, Nadeem Afzal Chan and Akhunzada Chattan addressed the public meeting held at Garhi Shahu for NA-122 by-election and heavily criticized Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI).
Speaking on this occasion, Sherry Rehman said that 2013 election was stolen from PPP under a well though-out plan. She said that PPP will not let the Steel Mills privatized cheaply.
Aitzaz Ahsan said on this occasion that India and Iran brought back their dead bodies from Saudi Arabia after Mina incident but Pakistani rulers left the Pakistanis alone. “All they are doing is making money”, he added.
