Summary Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will rally in Qartaba Chowk
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Time granted for election campaigns in NA-122 constituency will end at 12 am on Friday midnight as the polling day nears.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will rally in Qartaba Chowk while Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will exercise its political power in Doongi Ground ahead of the decisive day. The ongoing political activities include corner meetings, door-to-door campaigns and display of banners.
PTI’s candidate Aleem Khan and PML-N’s Ayaz Sadiq will contest on October 11 for NA-122 throne. Amidst high energies, both the parties have repeatedly alleged one another of corruption and looting money out of people’s pockets.
The army officers deployed for supervision of the election have been given magistrate powers.
