KARACHI (Dunya News) - Railway employees of Cantt Station on Tuesday staged a protest against deduction of allowance from salaries and low payment on overtime.
Workers of All-Pakistan Loco Running Staff Association have stopped working in loco shed, disrupting the schedule of the trains. According to chairman loco running staff Ameer Baksh, the government is following old-pay scale regarding overtime and is also deducting allowance from the salaries.
The protesters further warned the authorities of continuing protest until they resolve the matter.
