Summary
In the areas of Khanki and Qadirabad in Chenab river, a high-level flood has occurred due to which nearby cities and settlements are in danger.According to the meteorological department, 250,000 cusec water is passing through the area of Khanki and high-level flood will remain in this area in the afternoon. In the area of Qadirabad, 250,000 cusec of water is passing and high-level flood will occur around 9 pm tonight. There is a chance that water might enter in the low-lying areas of Faisalabad and Mandi Bahaudin. While on the other side, flood hits Tank and traffic has been closed down in Tank, South Waziristan and Tank-Bannu Highway. These rains will continue for another 2 to 3 days.
