Summary Justice Anwar-ul-Haq suggested to form two-member bench for investigation into the matter.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday has approved plea filed against inclusion of terrorism provision in Kasur child abuse case, Dunya News reported.
During the hearing, the plaintiff’s lawyer stated that police have included provision of terrorism in Kasur child abuse case on the pressure of media and civil society. He said that the suspects would be probably killed in encounter after adding terrorism section.
After hearing the arguments, Justice Anwar-ul-Haq suggested to form two-member bench for investigation into the matter.
