RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Funeral prayers of remanining martyrs of Mansehra helicopter crash was held today (Monday) at Chaklala garrison in Rawalpindi, the ISPR reported.
The victims include Maj Muzammil, Maj Humayun, Maj Dr Usman, Maj Atif, Havildar Munir, Naik Rehmat Ullah, Naik Amir Saeed, Sepoy Aman Ullah, Sepoy Waqar and Lance Naik Maqbool.

Defence Secretary Lieutenant General retired Mohammad Alam Khattak, General Rashad Mahmood,Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Committee (CJCSC) and General Raheel Sharif, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) attended the funeral prayers. A large number of senior serving and retired officers, other ranks, people from all walks of life and relatives were also present.
At least 12 military men including three doctors and paramedics from the medical wing lost their lives when the helicopter suddenly went down last Thursday due to bad weather in the district of Mansehra of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
The team was traveling to the northern city of Gilgit from Rawalpindi to evacuate a sick soldier.
Funeral prayers of two victims including Major Dr Shahzad and Havildar Asif has already been offered on Saturday.
