ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Advisor to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz on Saturday said Pakistan cannot extend an invitation to the speaker of Indian occupied Kashmir’s assembly for the Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference scheduled to take place in Islamabad in September-October.

He said 70% countries have given a positive response to participate in the conference, adding that he hopes the conference will take place as per the schedule. He further said the issue of Indian violations of the Line of Control (LoC) and Working Boundary will be brought to the Advisor of Indian National Security.

Sartaj Aziz hoped that negotiations between Afghanistan government and Taliban will resume as soon as the issue of new Taliban leadership is resolved.
