Summary The Interior Ministry has not sent a notification in the matter, says investigation officer
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday has adjourned hearing of case regarding alleged links of Tahir Rehan, Junaid Khan and Imtian Hussain with Indian intelligence agency RAW until August 19.
The police presented the alleged criminals before the ATC today. The investigation officer forwarded criminals’ challan to the court. All three arrested persons were sent to jail on court’s orders.
The officer informed the court that the Interior Ministry has not sent a notification of furthering the case in jail.
However, the court postponed the hearing until August 19.
