Summary ATC issued remand of Saad Aziz, Tahir Hussian and Azhar Ishrat.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday has sent suspects of Safoora carnage to jail on judicial remand, Dunya News reported.
Suspect Saad Aziz, Tahir Hussian and Azhar Ishrat were presented before the court. During which, the court adjourned the hearing till August 17 and directed the investigation officer to submit final case challan in next proceeding.
It is pertinent to mention here that the suspects killed as many as 46 people at Safoora Chowrangi.
