ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif called on the Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif at Prime Minister s House today (Monday).
Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and DG ISI Lt. General Rizwan Akhtar were also present in the meeting.
They discussed country`s security situation and reviewed progress in ongoing operation against terrorists in North Waziristan tribal region.
Matter regarding Afghan peace process following Mullah Omar`s death was also discussed in the meeting.
