ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Session judge of Islamabad High Court (IHC) Kamran Basharat on Saturday has directed the counsel of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan to present the copy of court s order in defamation case.
As per details, Kamran Basharat heard the case filed against Imran Khan by former Chief Justice (CJ) Iftekhar Mohammad Chaudhry. During the hearing, the judge ordered Khan’s lawyer to get the copy of IHC verdict in next proceeding.
Subsequently, the court has adjourned the case till September 9.
