Summary Customs lawyer requested the court to grant them some time to submit reply.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday adjourned the hearing of Ayyan Ali’s bail plea till June 29, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the hearing of the case was conducted by Justice Abdul Sami.
Ayyan’s counsel adopted the stance that the case registered against Ayyan is false and baseless. She did not smuggled any amount whereas the case has been made up on political grounds.
The counsel also stated that the investigation of the case has also been not yet completed therefore; the bail plea should be accepted.
Customs lawyer requested the court to grant them some time to submit reply.
The court accepted the request and gave orders to debate on June 29.
