Summary Punjab’s education minister Rana Mashhood has ordered an inquiry into this matter
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Was it a result of failure to double check the facts or a sheer recklessness? The Punjab Text Book Board has divided Punjab into two parts in new edition of its 8th grade Geography book.
Reportedly, the public text book board has published the wrong map of the Punjab province in Geography book. The new map shows ‘Saraikistan’ as a different province.
The country’s map also shows Hazara as a separate province.
Punjab’s education minister Rana Mashhood has ordered an inquiry into this matter.
