Police have arrested two key members of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) from Lahore, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.According to intelligence sources, Allah Yar Alias Junaid and Qari Ubaidullah were traced through telephonic calls. They were arrested from the Azadi chowk area of the city in an operation involving police and security agencies.Police have seized important documents, including the maps of sensitive places from their possession. The terrorists had disguised themselves and come to Lahore from Waziristan. They are believed to be residents of southern Punjab. The sources said that the two were planning to launch a major terrorist attack in Lahore. The terrorists had received a call on their satellite phone, which was traced by the intelligence agencies. Police have shifted the terrorists to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
