Summary Judge Kazim Malik stated that no order was given to NADRA to prepare the supplementary report.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Election tribunal will announce verdict on the supplementary report of Chairman NADRA regarding NA-122 case on June 15, Dunya News reported on Saturday.
Chairman NADRA appeared before the tribunal and stated that a supplementary report, formed after the objections of lawyers’ of both the parties, has been submitted after eliminating the objections.
He said that all the facts are now evident in the report.
Imran Khan’s lawyer argued that chairman NADRA has distorted the facts written in the report therefore, the tribunal should order criminal proceedings against him.
On the contrary, Ayaz Sadiq’s counsel stated that the report is in accordance with the law.
Tribunal’s Judge Kazim Malik after hearing the arguments said that no order was given to NADRA to prepare the supplementary report whereas it would be his decision whether to accept the report or not.
The court reserved its decision regarding making the report as a part of the record and will be announced on June 15.
