Court sends Ali Amin Gandapur on one-day physical remand
The accused would reappear in court on June 3.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Court has sent provincial minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Ali Amin Gandapur on one-day physical remand for violating electoral code of conduct during KP local bodies election, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.
It is pertinent to mention here that FIR had been lodged against Gandapur for torturing the SHO, attempted murder and snatching the ballot boxes on the election day.
During the hearing, Ali Amin was presented before the magistrate court after which police officers asked for his seven days remand however, the court handed over the accused to the police on one-day remand.
Moreover, the accuser s counsel has submitted bail plea of his client in both cases whereas the culprit would reappear in court on June 3.
