PPP MNA Malik Amar Yarwan, who was elected from Uch Sharif, has resigned in a fake degree case. A fake degree case against Malik Amar His case is being heard in the Supreme Court. A bench led by the CJP is hearing the case. He was ordered to appear in the SC on July 2. His rival Najeebuddin Awaisi filed a petition against him. It is said in the petition that Amar has three fake degrees and was elected on same fake degrees. He was declared ineligible for three years on charges of having another man appearing in Bahawalpur Board exams instead of himself. However, he violating the law appeared in exams in Balochistan on which the SC called him to appear before the court on July 2. But he presented his resignation to the Speaker National Assembly and she accepted his resignation.
