Zardari saved Musharraf from trial, alleges Nawaz

PML-N Patron Nawaz Sharif vowed not to repeat the past mistakes.He was addressing a public gathering in Sialkot, Nawaz said that the idea of Charter of Democracy was conceived in Saudi Arabia, and added that he stuck to all the points mentioned in that sincerely. However, he deplored that he never knew that there was a mutual understanding between Zardari and Musharraf, and alleged that the former let the latter flee the country without being tried. He said Musharraf be sent packing like General McChrystal. He said that the move was somewhat surprising. He explained that the law has room for the government to distribute funds openly. He also endorsed Babar Awans strategy to strengthen governments position prior to Supreme Court Bar Elections. However Mujib Rehman also hinted that some people may interpret the move as illegal.Lawyer community may resist Babars action, says Justice(R) Tariq Dogar Justice(R) Tariq Mahmood Dogar was speaking to Dunya News where he said that no discrimination should be done during the distributions of funds. Proper allocation of funds should be done so that no one can criticize his action. He said that Barbar Awan did not adopt proper methodology for funds distributions. He suspected that some factions of the lawyer community may resist the action.
