Former Secretary of Election Commission of Pakistan Kunwar Dilshad has said that as many as 145 cases against the fake degree holder MPA and MNAs are subjudice. Talking to Dunya News in Islamabad, Dilshad said that the cases are subjudice in the election tribunal, high courts and civil courts. According to international parliamentary laws, if one third of the assembly members get disqualified, mid-term polls would become mandatory. He told the channel that the Higher Education Commission (HEC) is reviewing the degrees of all the national and provincial assembly members.
