PM Nawaz arrives in Mir Ali area of North Waziristan

PESHAWAR (Web Desk) - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has arrived in Mir Ali in North Waziristan to review the process of return of the temporarliy displaced persons of North Waziristan to their homes.
The Prime Minister is accompanied by Army Chief General Raheel Sharif.
The anti-terrorism offensive in North Waziristan began in June 2014 and displaced nearly a million people. After clearance of several areas, the return of the displaced families began in March this year.
PM Nawaz will also attend a briefing about Operation Zarb-e-Azb and rehabilitation of Temporarily Displaced Persons of North and South Waziristan and Khyber tribal region.
