LAHORE (Dunya News) – The local body (LB) elections in cantonments will be held after two days. The act of making political alliances and disconnections continue ahead of the polls.
According to the details, Pakistan Army will be deployed in the polling stations for Lahore Cantonment and Walton Cantonment elections. At least 85 candidates are to contest in as many as 10 wards of the Lahore cantonment.
Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) announced siding with Awami National Party (ANP) candidates in the cantt elections.
