LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed interim bail of a suspect accused of conducting violence on a woman named Neelum, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
According to details, the hearing was headed by Justice Shahid Hameed Dar in which the suspect Shehzad Sarwar stated that false case has been registered against him whereas he has no link with the incident.
The investigating officer adopted the stance that the suspect confiscated the victim’s house and tortured her whereas during interrogation he is convicted of the crime.
The court after hearing the arguments dismissed the interim bail of the suspect on which he tried to escape from the police custody but was foiled by the officials.
