Summary Shahbaz Sharif is called 'man of action' in China for his performance, says the mayor
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday has said that the visit of Chinese president Xi Jinping would further the cooperation between the two countries.
He expressed these views in a meeting with a mayor of the Chinese city.
He said that several power projects would start producing electricity by 2017 after agreements are signed with China. The CM said that China is Pakistan’s sincere friend and the relations between the two are the best example of friendship.
CM Shahbaz said that the Chinese president’s visit to Pakistan is of great significance. Agreements of investments worth at least US$ 20 billion would be signed during his visit, he added.
On the occasion, the mayor gave a formal invitation to the CM to visit the city. He said that Shahbaz Sharif is called ‘man of action’ in China for his performance.
