Kalabagh Dam is a dead horse, says CM Sindh

Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah said that Kalabagh Dam is a dead horse which cannot be given a life. After donating blood in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh at the occasion of Benzair Bhuttos Birth Day, he said that he will not turn away from his annoucement that he will not allow to build Kalabagh Dam. The said that Benazirs political conscience made it possible that Musharraf handed over powers to democratically elected leaders.
