LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday has ordered the Nishtar Town Police Station to present all the detainees in the Youhanabad lynching case before the court by April 16.
The Youhanabad lynching case hearing was held by Justice Abdul Sami. The petitioner’s counsel maintained that as many as three people have been detained illegally by the police regarding lynching at least two victims and later burning their bodies during the Youhanabad protests.
The court ordered the police to present all the detainees before the court by April 16.
