Summary The administration has not met the terms and conditions, says petitioner's counsel
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday has recommended holding hearing of the petition against Lahore Development Authority (LDA) City Project by a larger bench.
The hearing of the case was held by Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah.The petitioner’s counsel, Azhar Siddique maintained that the City Project by LDA is illegal as the administration has not met the terms and conditions. He urged the court to term the project illegal.
However, Justice Shah moved the file towards LHC Chief Justice (CJ) recommending it to be forwarded to a larger bench.
