Summary Congratulating PTI chief on judicial commission, Zardari invited him to the parliament

NAUDERO: (Dunya News) – Co-Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari has on Friday said that Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan should bring his party back into the parliament and work in coordination with rest of the parliament to strengthen election commission, reported Dunya News.

Addressing the PPP workers in Naudero on the occasion of PPP Founder Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s death anniversary, Asif Zardari said that terms of reference were not enough for the judicial commission.

Former President of Pakistan was given a warm welcome by the workers when he arrived at the stage along with his daughter Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari. He responded to the workers by waving his hand at them. Addressing the crowd, he said, “History asks today where those who martyred our martyrs are”. He said that Benazir Bhutto’s book talks of reconciliation with the Muslim countries. “We are ready to lay our lives for Saudi Arabia’s security”, he said.

Zardari said that consultation was necessary for taking decisions in the parliament. He resented 18-hour load shedding in Sindh. “We will not let the system to weaken. PPP suffered everything but none of us wrote an apology”, he said. He said that PPP would stand by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the hour of need.
