Summary Khawaja Saad was unable to attend the hearing due to his busy schedule.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Election Tribunal (ET) on Saturday has summoned Khawaja Saad Rafique on March 30 to resubmit his statement in NA-125 recounting case.
The case was heard by an Election Tribunal’s Judge in which Khawaja Saad’s lawyer informed the court that the Railway Minister was unable to reach due to his busy schedule and further requested to extend the hearing.
After listening the arguments, the court adjourned the hearing by summoning Khawaja Saad Rafique on March 30.
It may be mentioned here that the case was filed by the member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Hamid Khan to annul the membership of Saad Rafique as an alleged rigging was taken place during the elections of 2013.
