Summary "Party has zero tolerance for unlawful activities": MQM chief
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Wednesday issued a statement saying that there was no place for criminals in MQM. Hussain stated that MQM was an authentic public party representing billions of people of the nation. He also stated that the party has zero tolerance for unlawful activities. The MQM chief stated that he was against terrorism and believes in nonviolence.
Hussain said that conspiracies are being hatched against MQM to corner the party and push it against the wall. He said that MQM cannot be eliminated by dirty tactics and poisonous propagandas.
The MQM chief stated that bodies of Baloch youngsters used to be seen previously and now mutilated bodies of Sindhi youth are being dumped. He stated that Sindhi’s and Muhajirs should learn a lesson from all this.
Hussain demanded that the extrajudicial killing of Waqas Shah and murder of other MQM martyrs should be investigated.
The MQM chief stated that he generously invites Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) chairman Imran Khan to compete with MQM in a democratic manner.
