Bad weather, airplane shortage affect flight schedule in Islamabad
Flight inquiry team will soon announce new schedules of suspended flights.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad Airport cancelled various international and national flights today (Wednesday) due to bad weather and shortage of airplanes.
According to Benazir Bhutto International Airport’s inquiry team, Pakistan International Airline’s (PIA) flight PK-792, which was scheduled to coming from Birmingham, got cancelled due to shortage of plane whereas the flight Pk-1888 which was to be headed to China along with private airlines’ flight 6008 deferred due to bad weather condition.
Moreover, Pk-122 was cancelled due to lack or airplane.
