The dead body of a former ISI official has been recovered from Miranshah road. Bullet riddled body of Khalid Khwaja was found today with a pamphlet saying Asian Tigers killed Khwaja.Khalid Khowaja, a former officer of Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), was abducted along with another ISIs ex-official Colonel (retd) Imam and a British journalist of Pakistani origin on March 26 when they were en route to South Waziristan agency.Kidnappers demanded release of Taliban leaders including Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, Mullah Mansoor Dadullah and Maulvi Kabir in exchange for the release of the former ISI officials.Khalid Khwaja, who was a lawyer and chairman of the Defence for Human Rights, he was defending a case for five Americans.The fate of other two kidnapped people is unclear. The group Asian Tigers has disintegrated itself from the Taliban, he said that the group can be compared with the Tamil Tigers. He believed that Asian Tigers would just kill anyone whom they capture. It is very unfortunate that government cannot do anything against them.Rustam said that Asian Tigers have no contact with Taliban and their identity is unclear. He said that the involvement of Black water cannot be ruled out as they want to destabilize the FATA region. Government was assuming that abducted people had close links with Taliban leadership.
