Azad Kashmir High Court suspended two judges on Friday.The court was moved against the appointment of two judges namely Justice Younis Tahir and Justice Rafi Sultani. The court observed that the appointments were made against the merit. It merits to mention that both the judges are close aides of the deposed chief justice Reaz Akhtar Chaudhry.
