Abbotabad District and Session Judge gave directives to seize former president Gen Pervez Musharrafs property in a missing person case on Friday.Justice Abdul Mateen Khan observed this during the hearing of a missing employee of Atomic Energy Commission namely Attiqueur Rehman. Attiques family held Musharraf responsible for his abduction. Earlier, the court issued summons for the former president but on his and his counsels consistent absence the court orders seizure of his property.
