Summary PTI candidate had challenged Khwaja Saad Rafiqu'e victory in NA-125.
LAHORE (Web Desk) – During case proceedings today (Saturday), Khwaja Saad Rafique’s lawyer Ashtar Ausaf appear before the election tribunal judge and presented his arguments.
The lawyer stated that Khwaja Saad Rafique won the 2013 general elections with massive votes but PTI candidate Hamid Khan challenged the poll results.
Now, opposition party’s lawyer is not appearing before the tribunal to present his arguments, he added.
Meanwhile, Hamid Khan responded that his lawyer Mian Muhammad Hussain is not present in the city, thus, new date for the hearing should be announced.
On this, the election tribunal adjourned the case hearing till November 15.
