MULTAN (Dunya News) — The doctors continue their strike on the second day in Multan after the protests by the family members of a minor girl allegedly killed due to the negligence of the doctor in Children Hospital, Dunya News reported. Patients have faced immense problems due to the unavailability of the medical services.
Earlier due to the negligence of the doctors, a three-year old girl named Fatima had died on Tuesday. The family members of the child protested against the doctors allegedly held responsible for the death of the minor girl. The doctors called a strike following the protest by the family by closing the outdoor services at Children Hospital and the strike still continues on the second day. The patients are facing issues due to the unavailability of the services at the hospital. As a result, patients are being forced to move to the more expensive private hospitals.
