Suspended DSP Imran Babar has challenged judicial inquiry report in Lahore High Court. Imran Babar was arrested last night under the charges of fraud and forgery. Imran Babar has maintained in his petition that his future is being destroyed. He was not allowed to present the witness during the inquiry. And the decision was given without taking his point of view. So for the inquiry report should be annulled. Imran Babar few days ago put allegation on higher officials that they pressurized him to release the dacoits. District and Session Judge Lahore in the inquiry on orders of LHC rejected all the allegation put by the DSP.
