Defiant DSP moves LHC against suspension

The suspended DSP filed a writ petition in Lahore High Court for initiating judicial inquiry against his seniors.DSP Imran Babar requested in the application that judicial inquiry be initiated against the accused.He said that he was pressurized to release the held terrorists who belonged to Afghanistan.He requested to halt his suspension till the completion of judicial inquiry. Talking to media, DSP said that he did not accuse SP CIA Umar Virk, and urged the public to move the court against police highhandedness.
