18th Amendment may be approved before Presidents Parliamentary speech

The government has decided to get approved 18th Amendment before the speech of the President in the Parliaments joint sitting. According to sources, President Zardari will address the joint sitting of the Parliament on March 16 while session of the Parliament is expected to be called from March 8 to March 11. However, final decision in this regard would be taken after Presidents return. According to sources, Constitutional Reforms Committee will complete its work till the end of this week.
