Faisalabad:Search operation underway in Central Jail

Faisalabad Central Jails prisoners on death row have been shifted to other jails, while police have seized cell phones and other prohibited items from the inmates possession.According to sources, the search operation was launched in the said jail due to the riots erupted some days ago and seizure of prohibited items from the jail captives.Heavy contingents of police and Elite Force personnel from across the province are participating in the operation, whereas armoured cars were also brought from Lahore and Multan to avert any untoward situation.Meanwhile, DIG Jails Malik Mubbashar has got transferred around 300 jail officials.
