Member of NWFP Assembly Major (R) Latif Uallha Khan Ali Zai expired from sudden cardiac arrest.The funeral of Latif Khan would be held today at Nawaz Shaheed Park after Namaz-e-Asar in Dera Ismail Khan. Latif Khan was elected under PPP ticket during the 2008 elections from Dera city2. Latif Khan left a son and three daughters.
