Summary Western disturbance is affecting upper & central parts of the country, Met Office reported.

(Web Desk) - There are reports of widespread rain in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and scattered rain in Islamabad‚ Quetta‚ Kalat‚ Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir during the last 12 hours.

Saidu Sharif received 37 mm rain‚ Dir 30‚ Parachinar 28‚ Chitral 25‚ Quetta 16‚ Gwadar 13‚ Kalat 12 and Islamabad 7 mm rain.

During next 24 hours, widespread rain is expected in KP, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Lahore divisions and Kashmir.

Isolated rain (snowfall over the hills) is also expected in Quetta , Zhob & Kalat divisions.

Temperature of some major cities including Islamabad was recorded at 11°C, Lahore and Peshawar 13°C‚ Karachi 17°C, Quetta 3 °C‚ Gilgit 6°C and Muzaffarabad 10°C.
