Summary
President Zardari arrived in Karachi today on a three-day visit .During the visit, the President would address a public gathering at Lyari besides inaugurating some uplift plans across the metropolitan city including opening of Benazir Bhutto Medical College. Zardari would also preside over a session of Sindh Cabinet tomorrow in which reshuffling of the cabinet would be deliberated upon.
