Joint declaration has been issued after trilateral summit in Istanbul. An agreement for enhancing of cooperation between Pakistan, Afghanistan and Turkey. President Zardari said that negotiations are possible with those Taliban who lay their arms.Joint press conference was held in Istanbul by President Zardari, President Karzai and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. President Zardari said that democratic government does not talk about fight and Pakistan has never undermines the importance of dialogue but action would be taken against those who challenge the writ of the government. He also said that Pakistan and Turkey are following the policy of dialogue and deterrence.President Karzai said that Afghanistan would welcome those who are not involved with Al-Qaeda can lay down their arms and can come back. He also said that the Coalition is supporting him on dialogues with the Taliban. Karzai also expressed hope for receiving donations in the London conference.
