Lahore High Court has banned free movement of Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan on Monday.The court has also ordered the parties to follow the security protocol accord.During the hearing the federal governments counsel said that the neuroscientist has breached the accord by giving an interview to foreign media, adding that his statements could prove hazardous for national sovereignty.The counsel told the court that under the covenant, Dr Qadeer was not supposed to give any interview to foreign media.LHC deferred the hearing till February 3.
