Cabinet division has said that transfers and posting orders given by Prime Minster (PM) Yousaf Raza Gilani are being implemented in due course of time, however implementation on public development projects are being deferred due to financial constrains.According to sources from the Cabinet division, PM has given 555 orders of which 194 were related to transfer posting on which action was taken while remaining more than 100 orders related to development projects have been delayed due to financial constrains.
